Renovations and restoration work: Should you decide to renovate or decorate your new home, we can arrange quotations from qualified and trusted tradesmen. Renovating any historic property requires the skills of experienced local Italian builders, who fully understand and appreciate the nature of this type of work. We understand that most clients are unable to be in Calabria at the start of their renovation and repair work. We will project manage all renovation and restoration work in your absence and provide you with regular updates and photographs to keep you fully informed at all stages. Our team will organize anything from opening bank accounts, applying for a Codice Fiscale (fiscal code required by anyone buying property in Italy) and, should you require it, Italian residency.
Our property management service takes care of bill paying and our regular checks on your property will give you peace of mind whilst you are away.
